Power Rack

Your power rack has a maximum of 4 vertical posts and an additional 2 horizontal bars that create a cage that you can get inside to use. These horizontal bars are essential to offer you a more extensive spot. As previously mentioned, it’s also easy for you to maintain safety when you exercise because these bars are adjustable. The powerful thing about your rack is that it can hold more weight than a standard squat rack. All that you need is sufficient floor space in your home. 

Squat Rack

On the other hand, a squat rack only consists of 2 vertical posts. If you can’t imagine this, just picture a stand that can support you when you squat. Even though you can still have support when you do your barbell exercises, you don’t have the safety measures that the cage of a power rack offers you.
