As you approach the age of 30s, the skin starts showing signs of aging. Light wrinkles appear on the skin on different parts of the body. This gives worries to many people as they are still in their youth. But that’s natural for the body and should not scare you. Keeping your skin moisturized is one of the major tricks of having a younger skin. However, when you approach 30 years, the skin cannot keep itself moisturized any more. That’s why you need to supplement it with anti-aging or moisturizers. Anti-aging cream containing vitamin C and retinol helps in initiating release of collagen. Collagen is the substance improves the elasticity of the skin making it suppler. The application of these substances attains a firmer skin with a more youthful look. The moisturizer also minimizes the harmful effect of free radicals in the atmosphere. The main function of the moisturizers on the skin, therefore, include fighting dryness and improving skin texture. The result will be a younger, healthier and brighter appearance.

Eating vegetables and fruit tan

Most parents have no clue they can get a healthy and a better-looking skin tan by just eating fruits and vegetables more regularly. This is because the carotenoids from fruits and vegetables are absorbed into the skin. Medical studies prove that fruits and vegetable carotenoids give people a good skin that has a good looking tan.
