Desserts aren’t exactly a type of food that’s associated with keto diets. After all, going on a keto diet means you’ll be trying to avoid sugar. And while keto diets usually lower your craving for sugar, it can be a big hurdle for some people, especially those with a sweet tooth.

In order to remedy that, here are sevenketo-friendly desserts that are easy to make and taste absolutely amazing. The great thing is that they’re perfect for your diet and have literally no sugar.

Keto-friendly desserts to keep your sugar cravings at bay

1. Keto lemon bars

Keto lemon bars are a great keto-friendly dessert.

Keto lemon bars are a great alternative for those who love lemon bars but are currently on a diet. It requires only five ingredients: butter, almond flour, powdered erythritol, lemons, and eggs. This means that they’re low-carb and have no sugar — perfect for a keto diet!

2. Carb-free chocolate peanut butter pecan bark

Dessert barks are absolutely amazing. However, they’re also chock full of sugar and carbs and aren’t exactly keto-friendly desserts.

However, this recipe uses coconut oil, sugar-free peanut butter, stevia, and a few other ingredients to create a tasty treat that’s sugar-free and keto-friendly. Definitely one of the best keto-friendly desserts.

3. Keto chocolate truffles

These chocolate truffles are chock full of fat, which are great for energy if you’re on a keto diet.

The recipe calls for sugar substitutes and spices things up with a bit of smoked chipotle powder for a smoky and spicy kick. Perfect for when you’re feeling a bit peckish or need a quick energy boost!

4. Low-carb keto cupcakes

Cupcakes made with coconut flour are a great keto alternative to regular cupcakes.

Instead of regular flour, these cupcakes call for coconut flour and uses erythritol as a sweetener. It’s tasty and fluffy, and has that delicious icing that the best cupcakes have.

What’s even better is that they’re low in carbs and have absolutely no sugar. That makes these cupcakes the perfect dessert for those who are craving sweets but are on a keto diet.

5. No-bake coconut cookies

When it comes to keto-friendly desserts, coconut is an absolute godsend. Aside from being keto-friendly, this recipe is vegan-friendly as it doesn’t contain any eggs. They’re also great for those who are on a paleo diet.

The recipe calls for stevia or xylitol as a sweetener, and it’s also super easy to make. All you need is a mixing bowl. You don’t even need to bake!

6. Keto-friendly pound cakeA sugar free pound cake made with eggs and sour cream is god for those on a keto diet.

Pound cakes are great for filling you up and are absolutely tasty. However, they also have a lot of carbs and sugar, which are bad for your keto diet.

But with this recipe, you’ll get all of the taste of pound cake but without the added carbs and sugar. It uses almond flour, sour cream, and eggs to get that delicious consistency, which makes this one of the must-try keto-friendly desserts.

7. Keto-friendly chocolate sauce

If you love chocolate sauce, then this recipe is an absolute must-try. It goes great with any of the desserts on this list, and it’s also keto-friendly.

It’s made with MCT oil or avocado oil and needs only two otheringredients: cocoa powder and stevia or your choice of sweetener. It’s absolutely tasty and also very good for you!
