To clearly define a weight room you need to understand that, it’s just a room that contains many weight training tools and exercise machines that help to build your body and make you physically fit. If you have just joined, then you will have trainers who will explain everything. Moreover, there is always a free training session at the beginning for newbies. If the weight room is providing classes, better to sign up.

There are dumbbells, barbells, and other types of equipment arranged on the rack chronologically starting from lower weight to higher weight.   1. Get the support of your friend or trainer whenever you do a lift. When it comes to dumbbell or bench press ask someone to hold the wrist. 
  2. If you become an advanced level person in the weight room then try helping newcomers. Support their elbows for any kind of workout.
  3. Try to bring a digital watch or timer to the weight room. It will help you in keeping notes of workouts.
  4. Whenever you try any workout with a high load, try resting it on the floor. Do not rest it on the bench. It will make the bench bend.
  5. Looking in the mirror and trying workouts like overhead press and curls will help you.
  6. But avoid doing squats while looking in the mirror. You can tilt up in a bad form.
  7. Do not stand up near the dumbbell rack it. It will cause problems to people that are adjusting their wights near the rack.
