Lisa Belknap is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Counselor. She enjoys the Salt Life of Southwest Florida with her fiancé, Robert, and their six children. Lisa is a self-professed health and fitness junky and an anatomy nerd. She trains with clients during the day and writes during the evenings. In her spare time she enjoys kicking back with her family or sweating out the day's stress through running, road biking, SUP boarding, and weight training.
